At Ruffles and Wags we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
We cannot be responsible for an incorrect measurement of your dog. Please be sure to measure accurately. If you are unsure how to measure, please see our guidelines. Our sizing is a guideline only, so if your dog is on the cusp of the next size, please order the next size up as it is better to be a little big than too snug.
Please call or e-mail us before you order if you are not sure of the size to avoid getting a garment that will not fit. Most of our hand crochet pet sweaters come in the following sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL.
Please contact customer service if you have any questions about sizing.
Due to the fact that a part of the proceeds are donated to Pomeranian Rescue Group, no refunds can be accepted, but we will be glad to replace the item for you if it is defective. For exchanges, let us know what is wrong with the item you have and ship back to us with the original invoice included with your order at:
